The limo man's story begins with a drug deal in which he hides a bag of funds in a locker and then gives the key to a drug courier who is afraid to indeterminate the locker because drug agents are watching it. We return to the aerodrome and to that locker several times in the course of the movie as different people try to get the money or as they use its existence as a means of getting even with someone else. The limo man tries to get Chili into trouble by sending him to the locker, scarcely it does not work. Chili uses the same trick on his whammy from Florida and gets him arrested.
