I entrust on my morals, knowledge, and life experiences to guide me before speaking out on things. I have always worked successfully in management positions even though research shows that persons with a noble self monitoring test score would be much likely to succeed in management. (Mahra, 2001) This shows that there is always an excommunication to the rule. In the work environments this is a good quality to display. If you are more reserve and less out spoken thus co-works wont be able to predict your all move.

However with you having a low self monitoring score you allow for insure that you discuss your beliefs with your co-worker to elevate each gray area. Hiring managers should look to hire their employees with a wide cheat of diverse self monitoring scores to keep a balance within the work place. It would be difficult to endure a business with all employees on one end of the scorecard or the other.
