Kmart does follow the process of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. Planning can be a little crazy for the retail world, because you never cognise what might happen that day. Planning with Kmart normally starts with the District Manager and the workshop Manager. Our District Manager normally comes in erstwhile a week to tour the store with the Store Manager and Assistant Managers, to see what changes need to be made to rat the store look presentable, to promote products on sale, and how to increase the sales projection.
