Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is quite possibly the most widely known composer of exclusively time. and, it wasnt always like that. Only musicians seemed to respect the manhood and his work, but outside of their musical world the name Mozart was not common knowledge, at least until the 1980s, which is when Mozart exploded into our homes. The Mozart mania of the 80s was initiated by Peter Shaffers play, Amadeus. It and the subsequent film direct by Milos Forman. Both the play and movie do more than for Mozarts case than anything else in the two hundred years since the composers death.
