Personal Entrepreneurial Strategy Exercise
Becoming an enterpriser may not be something that e truly whiz was born(p) to do. There are a lot of skills and tactics that one must learn or accomplish in crop to be successful at enterprisership. After taking a survey of how I feel about myself on an entrepreneur level, the results were interesting and are explained in the following paper.
Entrepreneurship
To me entrepreneurship means utter(a) control over a business or troupe with the ability to lead others and make decisive decisions in a timely and efficient manner.
Strengths and Weaknesses
The first thing that anyone who wants to be an entrepreneur must posses is commitment and determination. An aspiring entrepreneur needs to posses decisiveness, tenacity, discipline, perseveration in solving problems, willingness to solve problems, and total immersion. When grading myself on a scale of one to five, five cosmos the strongest for both of the categories above I averaged a seventy three percent.
I believe that this means that while I am provoke in entrepreneurship there is still a lot I need to accomplish when it comes to commitment and determination. I am a strong family oriented individual and to spend so often time away from my family right now draws me away from being an entrepreneur at this time.
The second thing that an aspiring entrepreneur needs to posses is opportunity obsession. Within opportunity obsession lies; knowledge of customer needs, being market driven, Obsession with value trigger and enhancement. For this section I averaged eighty percent. I am very customer oriented. I believe that if you want to have a successful business the customers need to know that you are hearing to them and you want to offer the products and services they seek.
