Todays discussion is to present the technicalities of adding a parry to a well-establish restaurant. This project forget be presented in cardinal different phases. Phase I will consist of a (SOW) Statement of Work as well as the talented requirements for adding the bar. The (SOW) will explain in detail specific tasks, and resources needed to accomplish each item listed. Phase II will consists of scheduling accounts for dependencies between different tasks. A Gantt charts will service of crop demonstrate the progress at different time frames. The little path the network is identified. Finally, compare the projects threesome constraints which are budgeting, timing, a project specification.
