Two (2) years of directly related full-time fuck in a business office setting in either purchasing or accounts payables
Proven ability to sheath 30 net words per minute
Ability to demonstrate computing device skills during screening
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
Effective oral and written communication skills; proficiency in the English language

Duties & Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Prepare and pay the unhomogeneous types of College schoolchild accounts payables.
2. Maintain accurate and complete voucher packets for all checks written by the College to include the accountability of all avert checks in order to meet annual audit compliance.
3. Maintain, retain current, and resolve processing conflicts for the automated scram order and student payables databases.
4. Provide routine clerical support, including typing, data reporting, copying, and filing, to the Chief monetary Officer and other Business Office staff as requested.
5. Provide clerical support and assistance to staff in the preparation of campus bids.
6. Account for the Colleges donation and campus card system of rules subsidiary reports and reconcile quarterly to the general ledger.
7. Process campus purchase requisitions weekly, and prepare and distribute approved purchase orders to vendors and College employees.
