The terrible twos, tantrum threes, fearsome quaterns, fabulous five, and in that location you have toddlerhood in a nutshell. Xaby is right where he needs to be with other children in his age group. According to Livestrong website, a healthy four year old should weigh between twenty-seven to fifty pounds, while standing between thirty-seven to forty-six inches tall. He is a very active, which is nonhing out of the ordinary for a four-year-old boy. Since Xaby is always running around everywhere, jumping, and sometimes playing soccer with his sister, he is enhancing his gross motor skills, since he is primarily exploitation the larger muscles in his body. Then while he plays flick games, draws, attempts to tie his shoes or just straps on the Velcro, he is enhancing his fine motor skills development.




Although Xaby is a healthy boy, he was diagnosed with a vision problem called, squint at age three. Strabismus is when cardinals eyes cross or wander. It happens when one eye, or both turn in or out, up or down, and it is caused by the brains inability to set up both eyes at the same time (Get eyeball Smart). Although many people in Xabys family, such as his mom, grandfather, grandmother, and aunts, all have issues with their vision, no one suffers from Strabismus. Doctors believe that Xaby authentic this vision problem after a fall he had when he was a year old. This fall altered his opthalmic nerve and eventually caused the brain to fail to develop binocularity.
