And if the authorities can find no evidence of a crime to validate the accused, then the person whom is the accuser is either apt(p) a verbal warning, fined, ordered to do a club service act, or very least, jailed (depending on the crime)

6. If anyone steals the stead of a temple or of the court, he shall be put to death, and also the one who receives the stolen thing from him shall be put to death.
