Outsourcing unmake My Hometown
Normally, when you mention to someone that a job has been outsourced, he or she immediately jumps to the conclusion that it has been given to some foreign untaught because of cheaper costs, fewer safety regulations, or something along those lines. However, this was not the fictional character for my family and me. We used to lie in in New Martinsville, West Virginia, where my married woman and I had spent our childhood and our children were starting their childhoods. My oldest daughter had only when started preschool, my wife had just been promoted to manager at Applebees, and I was intend to attend the topical anaesthetic community college to obtain my associates degree in Computer Information Technology. Everything was going very well for us until the oil and pipe fitting companies started moving into the area. Usually, this would be a fantastic opportunity for our towns and their residents to gain a financial footing in a declining economy, or so we thought.
Actually the towns gained a significant benefit from these companies because they brought their own workers with them from other states instead of creating hot jobs for local residents.



In turn, residents were getting forced out of their hometowns because the workers were flood tide in and filling up every single livable residence available, including hotels, campgrounds, apartments, rental houses, and even real estate. Some local residents were even forced out of the homes they were living in because their landlord had genuine an offer of higher rent from some of the new workers.
