When we are not happy with what we do in our lives if effects the ability of how we perform. I believe that this speech was strong because it really makes you think about what you want to do with your invigoration while being able to respect yourself while doing it. Everyone wants to do what they love in life so it makes it very unproblematic to relate to what Mr. Long is saying.
