In this expression readers will learn first hand the views of Sir Robert struggles ideas of law during the 1820s. Since Sir Robert discase created his principles of policing in the early 1800s. Sir Robert Peel foc gives his beliefs on the fact that police and the people of the familiarity ar equal in terms of effective policing. Sir Robert Peel established the 9 principles of law enforcement also known as the Peelian beliefs in 1892 under(a) the level of patrol functions defined as deterring crime, enhancing the feeling of usual safety, and making law enforcement officers available for service. Police departments today use these nine principles as a foundation of maintaining positive relationships with citizens and their community (FBI, 2012).




The Metropolitan Police Act (MPA) of 1829 was established by Sir Robert Peel during his term as the Secretary of England.
