What this analysis shows is that on the whole, despite a continued threat from other fast food outlets Zinns Burgers seems to be competing well in the current market. Staying open until 3am seems to be severe for profit. There seems to be no shortage of possible employees as the target seems to be students. However, weaknesses and threats have been identified.
